LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions of Sale – Exhibitors
Brussels Tea Festival®
2025 Edition – September 27 & 28, 2025 - Flagey (Ixelles)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions of exhibitor participation in the Paris Tea Festival®, organized by Alma Events SARLU. Any request for participation implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Registration
Registration becomes final upon receipt of the completed, signed form, along with full payment of the participation fee. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a reason, particularly if the proposed activity is not in line with the festival's identity.
3. Rates and payment terms
Participation fees are specified in the exhibitor's file. Payment must be made within the specified timeframe. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the stand reservation without compensation.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation request from the exhibitor must be notified in writing (email with acknowledgment of receipt).
In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start of the event (i.e. before September 6, 2025), a refund will be issued, less a 30% processing fee.
After this period, no refund will be possible, whatever the reason (force majeure, personal, logistical or other impediment).
5. Location allocation
The organization allocates spaces based on technical constraints, the order of registration, and with a view to ensuring overall harmony. No exhibitor may resell or sublet their space without the organizer's prior consent.
6. Liability – Insurance
Each exhibitor is responsible for their stand, merchandise, equipment, and the people under their care. It is their responsibility to take out insurance covering their property and civil liability for the entire duration of the festival, including during setup and dismantling.
7. Communication and image rights
The exhibitor authorizes the organizer to use, without compensation, the visuals and information transmitted (logo, photos, description) for the promotion of the festival. He also agrees that photographs or videos taken during the event may be used in the festival's communication materials.
8. Force majeure
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (natural disaster, administrative decision, pandemic, etc.), no refund will be required. The organizer will, where possible, offer a postponement or alternative solution.
9. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred. Failing this, the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
