Workshop: Ceramics & Taste: When the container transforms the tea
September 28, 2025 at 2:00:00 PM
Salon Diongre

A workshop exploring how the material, shape, and texture of ceramics alter our perception of the taste, aroma, and experience of tea. Featuring five talented ceramicists and teas selected by Lorela Lohan of Wanderlustea.
Join Lorela Lohan, founder of WanderlusTea and tea curator, for a sensory workshop exploring rare teas in handcrafted cups.
We will explore how the material, shape, and texture of ceramics alter our perception of the taste, aroma, and experience of tea.
The pieces are by the artists featured in The Art of Tea exhibition (October 4–25 at MA Art Space):
* Eiichi Shibuya (Japan/Netherlands)
* Iris Weichler (Belgium)
* Jeremy Keala (USA/France)
* Michel François (UK/France)
* Weis Ceramics (Poland)
🫖 Each cup is a work of art. Each tea is an invitation to contemplation.
