What if tea and wine shared more than just a vocabulary? During this tasting talk, Oxana GENEL, tea and wine sommelier, invites you to explore the resonances between these two sensitive worlds.
Terroirs, botany, fermentation, transmission... but also gestures, textures, sensations: through her dual perspective as a sommelier, Oxana reveals the subtle parallels between the art of wine and that of tea.
This encounter will be highlighted by the tasting of a rare tea from Georgia, the cradle of wine and a land of multifaceted tradition. A delicate bridge between memory, taste, and creativity.
