How do you gong fu? with Olivier Nuttens of Lan Se Tea House

Practice gong fu cha with Lan se Tea House through two original activities related to the practice of Gong Fu Cha. Free and paid activities.

10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.: "How do you gong fu?" You will be invited to play with different types of teaware (cha bu, tea boats, jugs, cups, etc.) to experiment with how your tea table could be arranged. Free activity, no registration required.

1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.: Small, intimate tastings of aged teas. On the program:

- A 15-year-old "Shou Mei" Chinese white tea, stored and aged in a jar by me.
- A 2014 Taiwanese rolled oolong that has developed surprisingly tangy fruity notes.
- A Liu Bao from the 1990s...
- A 1998 Sheng Puerh, naturally stored. - and finally, an extraordinary tea, a Ceylon tea dating from the Second World War, preserved in its original wooden crate...
