Introduced to India less than two centuries ago, tea has found a new lease of life there, becoming a daily ritual shared across all regions, in infinitely varied forms.
🌿 During this lecture, Neetu Sarin invites us to discover:
• the origins of chai and its evolution over time
• the richness of regional recipes through a sensory journey to India
• the secrets of the spices used in masala chai, and the reasons for their presence in this iconic blend
